No, seeing the photograph reminded me of one I had taken some years back viewing Edinburgh from the Fife side of the Forth, despite the look in the picture it was a clear bright day but for whatever reason, be it the way the sunlight / sea reflected on the lens the picture came out with the effect of either being taken at dusk or on a very dull day...
Or possibly the camera had GPS built in and knew it was in Scotland and thought that that was how it should look...
