    Nearly ready for another holiday this time with the girls.

    One of my friends isn't quite ready though, she has dusted down her bikini and whilst she has managed to squeeze into her bikini top - the same can't be said about the bikini bottoms – but she is doing some aerobics to make sure she loses the excess pounds.
