I am planning on cutting down. Normally when I don´t meet anyone I may have a maximum of 2 or 3 cigarettes a week. As so many people are here at the moment and I have been meeting them I have been smoking at least 10 each time we get together (maybe even more) I don´t know why I do this think it is nerves BUT for the past 3 days I have had a cough which is both annoying and keeps me awake at night - I think it is too many cigarettes so I am going back to my couple a week.

that is what happened to me. I had stopped smoking till I got to Tenerife and started again. I agree it is when you are out meeting people. I still crave a ciggy and have not smoked since I was last over in April.

I used to be on 50 a day. I still have the odd one after 4/5 pints but they make any hangover twice as bad.
