When the EU HR court gave them the all clear to deport him, he should have been put on the first flight to USA before anyone got a chance to raise any issues.

The French did it and nobody from the HR brigade even questioned it.

News is this ******* has lost his appeal. Hopefully he and his chums can quickly be transported to a US airbase where I am sure he will be warmly welcomed.

His defence are trying to keep him here citing "memory loss" and "degenerative problems". But as the latest judge said, "All the better for him to stand trial quickly then". Good to see he'll be on his way shortly. Let's see him take the piss out of the Yanks! BBC News
