Real Estate in Tenerife

Just wondering if anyone else is like me and looks through various estate agent websites for the ideal property to buy if we ever won the lottery?? ( All you owners/residents need not rub our noses in it!!) I found one here
On the particular estate agent website, they are advertised as being in Los Gigantes but they are actually straddling Puerto Santiago/Playa de La Arena. Prices from 99,950, now where's that scratch card

I bought 4 lucky dips on Saturday...nada, zilch, zero, heehaw, feck-all...

True story this, my dad's next door neighbour got the 1st 5 numbers on the lottery one night. He had himself a heart attack and died 2 days later. The family couldn't even claim the prize cos the fella that kicked the bucket had signed the back of the ticket just in case!. Some people have no luck

Getting back on topic, I've picked out a 2nd floor apartment at the back, away from the road noise, overlooking the pool ( and the place has a tourist licence).

You can get that for less than a grand, If you win the lotto you wont care about it, Cool for cats

If Reg wins the Lottery he will be able to have a year off as it would cover his earnings.
