    I have another customer this week who was with DIRECT TELECOM and she was paying €40 a month for ADSL ´3mb´´ but it was running arount the 2mb mark???
    when i switched her over to TELEFONICA she now get between 4-5 and her ADSL is €20...
    so instead of cancelling she can keep it all year for same money ..

    We had no luck with Direct Telecom, promises, promises, promises :puzzled:

    i was vey shocked about some of their prices people paying up to €60 a month for ADSL and calls and they all seem to suffer from low speed ??? .maybe a few years ago they were ok but their cost and speed haven't kept pace ...

    a customer of mine who is not here in the summer,and pays €35 to cancel her ADSL
    (phone line still with TF) was CHARGED €72 EVERY MONTH DURING THE SUMMER FOR NO SERVICE WHATSOEVER

    DIRECT TELECOM CUSTOMERS PLEASE CHECK YOUR BILLS
    she has now gone over to TF at €20 a month (12 month contract)
