I dont let mine out although I would if I lived in Tenerife. By the time you pay out for someone to clean and manage it, extra electric and water, wear and tear, and the potential for damage, (heard no shortage of horror stories) to me it seems hardly worth while. I'm there about one week in every six anyway, sometimes getting flights the day before etc. I can live without the pennies for peace of mind.
