Teide caldera

Mentioned Krakatoa earlier in the evening which got me thinking.......

Teide has a caldera as did Krakatoa which blasted the island it was situated on apart in 1883 when it erupted. This was by far the biggest explosion on the Earth since man first appeared so I thought I would Google 'Teide caldera'. Wiki is top of the list so if you want to scare yourself have a good read.

I notice they've got the Scottish rampant lion on their coat of arms. Well they nicked our flag, might as well have our Royal coat of arms as well...

Nah, Scotland was in the dark ages, went nowhere and conquered nowt. The flag depicts the cross of St Andrew, or San Andres who was supposedly crucified on that shape of cross. Mate of Jesus he was.
