Our great Tenerife car hire did not have a car available today which he told me ages ago. I used do you Spain, they sent me to Gold car. I ended up telling them to drive their car up their arse. This was after a wasted hour.. Every customer taking 20 mins. Git to desk, baby seat 35 euro a week. Key and tire insurance 58 euro, no ta, 600 euro deposit then. Petrol, yeah bring car back with same, nah 1.50 per litre for full tank and bring car back empty, feck off going to auto reisen, next door, 5 mins 120, 3 week old seat ibiza

Re: Gold car
I had a similar experience with Hertz via a website. I walked out and caught the bus. My money was refunded though. I now ALWAYS use auto reisen.
