, A new neighbour from round the corner has decided our cul-de-sac is better for her dog to toilet in, if she see's anybody she walks off, she will get the sharp end of my tongue if i catch her, then i will post it through her letter box if she continues,
When their is a match on in Headingley 1000's of people come and there is one public toilet that is usualy locked anyway, so what are you supposed to do ?, I said the UK is a toilet, shite from all over heading this way

Trying to find public toilets in cities is terrible. They have closed most of them.
