Road works traffic lights. Now I live on a cross roads, one of which just leads to a farm. Never a busy road and only one half being worked on at a time anyway. 4 way traffic lights. Dogs been doing overtime barking at peeps stopped outside.   Missed a trick though, guy was loading them up on a truck this morning and those traffic lights are run by nice big 12v batterys. Boat size no less.   I know now.....
