Is that 45000 each or for the two of them? They will probably need special treatment by keeping them away from the general population. Personally, I think they should be locked in a house and someone should pour petrol through the letterbox etc.

Send them to a Romanian prison, only fair as we look after their criminals eh.
However on a sensible note their lives will be made hell in there, bit of luck they will top themselves.

There should be a wing in prisons that has 8 foot square metal cells with no windows and small letter-box where food and water could be passed through. First time violent offenders should be put in them for 3 months, if they offend again 3 years, rapist's should put in them for 10years and murderer's life, there should be a box inside with syonide pills so they can top themselves at any time.

I think you are too generous. 4 foot by 2 foot is adequate and 3 foot high. Like a dog carrier. And stack them 3 high, if they behave themselves they can get to be on the top.
