Tenerife Woman Driver Four Times Over The Limit

A woman was arrested in Tenerife yesterday after she was found to be
driving with more than four times the legal limit of alcohol in her
blood.

Local police said that when the woman was stopped in the island
capital, Santa Cruz, not only was she well over the limit but they were
shocked to find her two-year-old son in the front passenger seat.

Police were alerted to the woman’s condition by a local bar owner who
called to warn them the woman had fallen and dropped the child, saying
they were concerned he may be injured.

Thankfully, police say the child is uninjured and was collected by his father shortly after the arrest

I would think that is something you would find in lots of women not just in Tenerife. It seems to be the fashionable thing to go out and get smashed. If they do it as teenagers, why should they see anything wrong with it when they are supposed to be responsible adults. Such a sad world we live in. And their children will be even worse as they have no reasonable standards on which to base how to live their lives.

Children are not allowed in the front seat in Spain, even in a car child seat. So take note Mummies. And that drinking and driving malarky is so old fashioned now.

Don't drink and drive me, max one pint when driving, usually only then when eating. Gypsy will vouch for that. I do know someone who was stopped in PDLA and was well pissed and just offered the old bill some money. He was in the bar next day bragging. Blokes who knew him as a mate, I just knew him from being pissed in bar, patted him on the back.
