    ITV have posted on there OFFICIAL catchup TV service the chance to see a program one week ahead of its official broadcast ,if you pay €1.50
    also it signals the start of the split of broadcasting service between the HOME COUNTRIES
    (england and wales) and scotland where this serivce is not available
