it looks like they are keeping the speed limit in the UK to 113kph (70mph)
but spain is going to increase it to the euro standard of 130kph (80mph)
this will put it in line with france,germany,italy,austria etc
(bulgaria along with poland is is 140kph)
with the on the spot fine of doing an extra 10kph set at €100 ,everyone in my car club carries this with their required paperwork we are looking at ´´normal´´ speeds of 140kph
ps TEXAS is now 85mph going upto 90mph soon
