Sure its up the hill, never been but it rings a bell, Try them sites like hotwire and bag a hotel,
Must work out cheaper for your lot Dermot,
Wonder if its where the Port Royal dog story was on tother side, Blimey that went on a bit,
I seem to remember losing my patience and telling them to STF up about them,
Sounds like me Yeh

Yeah that's the place McQ. You can see it here I thought it was residential which could/might make it illegal but it could also be like Castle Harbour which is a mix of touristic and residential. I don´t know. I seem to remember someone saying the President was an old wotsit and hated kids playing or dogs barking.
Ref G9 It is a hell of a hill to go up and down. [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] don't know how it compares to a booking agent.

Yeah it's a mix of residential and holiday, there is an on site office/sole agent, but some owners rent on a friends and family basis,,, nice complex, plus great views if you get the right apartment...

It is way up a hill. We stayed up near there in Los Diamantes some years back and we managed to stagger back every night from the Irish times walking. Took about 20mins to drag him up the hill I much prefer being down in the town but if you want peace and quiet it should be ideal.. There are more places to eat open up that end now then when we were there.

If you want Los Cris as opposed to Las Americas, look at Los Claveles, Cristian Sur, Paloma Beach. Although I think you would probably love Las Americas around the Mare Nostrum area.
Andorra Apts, Parque La Paz, any of the Parque Santiagos (except 5 which doesn´t have a pool), Parque Cristobal and er TRG but there are some strange uns that own there. ROFL.

OK, truth is the area round Mare Nostrum, Safari Centre and TRG is up market, you don´t see the lager louts, you do find designer shops, it is spotlessly clean and very pretty with its twinkling lights and the people are nice - only nice people are allowed to own property there but men need to own a pink jumper that they tie casually around their shoulders, wear Prada shoes with no socks and drink Mint Juleps

Re: Port Royale Resort, Los Cristianos
I have stayed in TRG many times now and all but one at Reg's gaff. No smell and it was fabulous. McGuiness bar is actually not a bad place and Seamus and son, great blokes when you get to know them. They also do a great breakfast. It is still open, not sure about the move but will find out.
TRG, place to book Dermo.
