He's just been on Jeremy Vine on Radio 2 works from home as web designer so uses a head set to answer calls while still working.
Also the PPI companies who cold call him then pass the number on to other companies once they get through so he's making money from them selling his number, quids in.!
I think it's only 10p per call but he keeps them talking, asking about their services etc. Smart cookie.
