I was invited to try a rack of ribs last night. The chef had been working on getting his own sticky sauce right and the ribs exactly how he wanted them. These were the best I have had, I am not just saying that because Stu was the chef, they were fabulous and none of that nasty acid reflux you get with many. They also were real good meat. Many places water bath ribs to make them tender, this is like stewing steak for five hours, these are properly cooked so like having a great Sirloin. Lazy Daze was where I ate them.

Re: Ribs in Tenerife
I am not a lover of ribs, hate meat on the bone, don´t like fatty bits, but the Honey ones in Tony Roma's are good (share with grand daughter each time she comes). We will give Stu's a try because I do know if he is going to do it it has to be right, otherwise he doesn´t do it.
