What Sun Block do you use.

So many to choose from and as the price for many is comparatively the same in UK or Tenerife, where do you buy.
If you live there do you buy a certain type when in UK.
For US, we never take it with us and always use a factor 8 when first back out then drop to factor 2. Bearing in mind we travel a lot and also live in the sunny South, so not always a Factor 15+ is favoured. We also use a variety with Carat (carrot)gel or oil.

I usually use a waterproof factor 15 as I don't tan that easy. I'm not really into coming back looking like one of Reggie's friends we have enough of them here already.

usually start on 15 then drop to 8 and burn cos i get fed up with the lack of colour
never used carrot oil that would be silly for me
the only time i had a really good tan was first year in tenerife was over for two weeks in june then a week in august and was using zhuzh tanning spray - don;t know if you still get it

I remember that Zhuz stuff off a shopping channal,it was great. I have to be careful so Factor 30 on the shoulders,back of neck and then 20 down to 15 for arms and legs. Body is not exposed lol. I don't lie out in the sun either. I do not tan easily but get more freckles that join up. I don't want to have dried up leather looking skin.

Are you trying to say TD has dried up skin?

Moisturise each night after being in the sun, aloe vera is great.
I also think if you have been used to it you have a change in pigment, we both look brownish most of the year, no we are not Asian friend's.

Yes you must moisturise your skin and i agree completely with Aloe vera. I use lots of it as a after sun

Oh and Beer, lots of it, ask Vince and Howard. This is needed to help the tan and sustain it with no wrinkles.

Being fair haired, Whats left of it, I have to be carefull, which i never do, Janet might sneak up on me and slap something on me, She dosent say what, and i dont ask, But she always faffing with some oil or creams, even at home, She has a nice skin always, unless its my yocks, Ive told her she gets binned when she gets wrinkly, So thats probably why she goe's the extra mile in the suncream stakes,

You need mouth wash for that

I am blushing reading this thread, I never use sun screen and have never ever used a moisturiser. I don´t sit around in the sun but of course I am in it quite a lot just going shopping, hanging out washing etc. The nearest I get to looking after my skin is to use some Nivea lip balm once in a while

the sun don't like me.Some people are born with skin that doesn't need anything. It is unfair.
