Vince, why post something so offensive to others, you can let views be known but no one got offensive towards you over Thatcher. Many had good reason to hate Thatcher but they did not get to the stage where they would ruin the forum by a comment. If you don't like any black people that is your way but not everyone is the same. Also these are blacks in their own land thought you were all for sending them there. To be honest, your beloved Maggie loved Mandela.

Where did it say I dont like blacks? Where did it say they should all go home? Nowhere. I'm slagging off the media in case you cant read the headline, the rest of it is simply my observations of the last 59 years. By the way none of my friends are black, in fact I dont even know any. If one walks past I generally check my wallet. If that makes me offensive so be it. And Maggie can make up her own mind, think her son was trying to make a killing in Africa..........

It can stay within the realms of funny or good opinion but for the same reason I don't go into one on Blair or didn't when Thatcher died, people do have different opinions and certain comments can be hurtful. It is also the racist bit, imo Mandella did a lot fir black and white, he also made us in the UK feel different towards certain aspects of life. He did not want to be a black for blacks leader, he wanted equality, something that does not exist in the UK in many ways.
