Google Chrome v Firefox Empty Google Chrome v Firefox

    Post by 3rdforum Thu 6 Oct 2011 - 18:53

I switched from IE to Chrome a few weeks ago. I've now decided that I don't like it as it takes an age to load links to other sites. Does anyone here use Firefox what do you think of it?

Used firefox for years - I can't get on with anything else.
Have you tried using google dns or open dns to see if the pages load faster?

I've used it for a few years now and think it's great, but I use an older version; Firefox 3.6.23. Lots of add-ons available too, like Adblock, which hides any adverts.
I have Opera, Chrome and Internet Explorer on my desktop as well just in case one or other goes tits up though, but my last choice would be Internet Explorer. It's pants.

Favourite add-on is greasemonkey in conjunction with grease fire.

Yep. If you download it, go to "home"on the forum and scroll down to computer help. I've put a bit in there which tells you what to do. I've never seen any ads on this forum. Google Chrome v Firefox 3318427985
