Hi all,
Not sure if I mentioned this before to you but a few month back I opted out of Vodafone contract when it was up obviously lol and searched for a new company with no contract added as the phone I have has never let me down.
I searched and searched and read complaints etc, I came across two companies that give good deals, one is called GiffGaff the other is called OVIVO.
Ovivo offer you the best deal for light phone users. They have just changed it today but its better value again for a non contract phone.
You pay a £20 fee upfront but once you activate the card you get £15 credit so for starters its costing you £5 initial fee, now this is the best bit, I get 200minutes to any network, 300 texts to any network and 500mb data every month free forever, yes that's right forever lol.
I know it sounds to good to be true but how can they do this, well nearly every day I get emails with adverts from them which you don't have to read just delete but some of the deals are brilliant anyway and worth looking at, also when I use the internet on my phone every now and then when changing the pages I get an advert that lasts 5 seconds, then a pink button appears, click the button and it takes you to the interent page you wanted, that's it, that's how they make their money, so I get this allowance every month without a contract plus I have an extra £15 left over from the intial fee should I go over that. That's not all, if you port your original phone number over to them they give you and extra £3 credt and if you buy things form the deals they send you again you get extra credit, its a win win situation and Ive never used more than my monthly allowance yet anyway.
Another good thing, I asked them if I wanted another card because I might use more than they offer, again they said yes that's allowed and because Ive taken on another card I get extra credit to my first number hahaha. So their you have it, Ive been using mine for a couple of months now without any problems, Ovivo actually use the Vodafone network so I knew I would never lose my signal.
Hope this is useful for someone.
