Mobile Phone PAYG Sim Card

Good evening

Can you please recommend a pay as you go sim card that offers good value for money & doesn't expire in 30 days?

I just need it for basic calls to local numbers and to the UK (if its cost effective).  I don't need any internet connection or data etc.

Don't know if you've mentioned where your living Tenerife, I lived Los Cristianos when out there, from the uk I just kept my 02 monthly pay as you go sim, could make local/uk calls at a rate that wasn't to expensive but not covered by my contract so it did cost me, for long business type calls I just went to one of them Internet/phone shops, could be on phone for hours for penuts,,, with free internet etc didn't need a phone to keep in touch family etc, you go to Tenerife to escape, don't tie yourself down epithet a phone...

Ive use Giffgaff and sure their is no extra charges from abroad now

Aren't roaming charges being done away with on June 13th??

Yes doing away with roaming charges will save quite a bit of money. We are living in the Golf Del Sur area

Has anyone bought one of the HITS sim cards?
