None of the criminal gangs over here are buying any assets with their ill gotten proceeds cos the C.A.B. ( Criminal Assets Bureau - set up after the Veronica Guerin murder) will confiscate those assets and sell them on behalf of the state. Thats the reason why they are burying cash.
