Re: Feckin eejits!
Brilliant...
Was putting an e-type on a trailer one day, had done it many times before, because of the low floor level of the e-type procedure was not to put the rear stabiliser legs of the trailer down so as when the weight of the e-type went on the back of the trailer it lowered allowing the car to go on to the trailer without grounding its belly on the rear edge of the trailer, as said had done the job many times, but one day was different, got the front of the e-type on to the trailer then the world started to move,,, it was the first time I had done the job on a steep hill, the weight of the e-type on the rear of the trailer lifted the rear wheels of the land-rover towing the trailer off the ground, allowing, land-rover, trailer and e-type with me in it to depart down the hill,,, took me a few seconds to realise what was happening, brake applied all came to a stop as rear wheels of e-type were still on ground, but when I applied handbrake and made to get out to set trailer brake, the second I took my foot off the brake the land-rover and trailer were off as the e-types front wheels were free to rotate, kit soon came to a stop when e-type came off trailer and land-rovers wheels made contact with the deck... It was a bit like sitting in a train when the one next to you moves and you think it's the one your on that's moving, whole kit must have rolled about thirty yards before I realised what was happening, odd sensation...

Re: Feckin eejits!
Love watching people feck up stuff like that, Evil i am
Them 4x4's catch people out all the time when they jack them up, Bassa brother being one,
Went past me screaming because he jacked up a Range Rover and it took off down the hill on a trolley jack,
Its a great shame it didnt kill him, Sure he got crushed against a wall, but dead would have been better,
