    Janet Anscombe posted this yesterday and I thought it worth adding here.  Those of us who live here are certainly going to need it at some point.  Let's just hope it is a long way into the future.

    It is complicated but being a bit anal I copied it into a word document, took out all the bits that weren´t relevant to me and Jim and then printed it to keep in our 'Medical' folder !!
