The beach is Las Teresitas, just past Santa Cruz. And very nice it is too, just for Germans though.

They were talking of doing some redevelopment there, hope they dont, its great as it is. Ice cream van and tin shack bars right on the beach front. Palm trees for shade and ample free parking.

Well you need 2 buses but its easy. 115 GDS to Santa Cruz Intercambiador (by the port and sydney opera house) Very fast bus this then 910 to San Andres and beach, not very far. It would take one hour+ in a car so probably 2 hours maybe but it goes straight along the motorway along the coast so plenty to gaze at. All info at Titsa.com, and the 115's that call at the golf have (1) next to the times on the timetable.
