Re: Pete from Lazy Daze
Yeah Pisshead Pete, actually a really nice guy but unfortunately he a bad turn in life and turned to booze. He died of Liver failure last night.
He is the guy that got Billy his new job and would do anything for anyone although to see him you would not think so.
He was on the prog on channel 5 Growing old disgracefully in Tenerife, should have called it get liver failure if you do this in Tenerife.
Must say I can´t say a bad word about this guy as always funny, always polite, very pissed at times and always a gent. He was actually a very rich and intelligent guy who fell on the track............shame...RIP Pete, you were always good to my lot. x

Thanks Gypsy and LR. He was a guy who I was not sure of first up, but Defoe a heart of gold. Went out of his way to get bill a job, offered him a beer to say thanks and he said l, couldn't wash a bag of clothes instead as laundrette closed for four days

Re: Pete from Lazy Daze
Sad news that. Only met him a few times on last visit but instantly took a liking to him. Coming over in November and was looking forward to a pint or two at Lazydaze and watching Pete in action.

Re: Pete from Lazy Daze
Thats the guy I spoke too when I was over there sitting outside Lazy Days. Got to say he was well oiled but didnt let people sit on their own. Went out of his way to have a conversation with anyone in the bar. Such a shame hard to believe someone s their one minute then the next one gone.
So I didnt know the guy but what I saw was a nice guy. RIP you lived your life your way.
