Un-named actress to sue Amazon for revealing her age.

Should this be allowed? An actress has sued Amazon for publishing her real age on it's Internet Movie Data base (IMDb).
She is asking for $1,000,000 saying it will be hard for her to find work now as her age is known. What a load of blox! Surely a person's age is in the public domain, i.e. anyone can look it up in the American equivalent of "Register of Births, Deaths and Marriages". I wouldn't pay her a penny, but those American judges are weird...
