She is asking for $1,000,000 saying it will be hard for her to find work now as her age is known. What a load of blox! Surely a person's age is in the public domain, i.e. anyone can look it up in the American equivalent of "Register of Births, Deaths and Marriages". I wouldn't pay her a penny, but those American judges are weird...
