On the subject of deaf we had one of those deaf guys coming round trying to sell silly toys that light up whilst I was sat outside Sundowners last week. On one side of me I had Freddie with his broken up body in a wheelchair and on the other side a blind man, no fecking chance, tosser.

Me and my mate go in to one of the late night bars we frequent in town, as part of the seating arrangement they have small square leather stools about two foot by two foot square, this night when we go in there are about a dozen or so new plastic/opaque stools to match the leathere ones, the new ones were all changing colour like the toys you mention, me and my mate are facinated by these things (well we're were a bit pissed), but we had to get to the bottom of how they worked, so one is soon upturned and we start to unscrew the big plastic bung thing screwed in to the bottom of it that obviously held the gubbins that made it work,,, that's when the bouncer approched us,,, he didn't share the same enquiring minds as us,,, never did find out how the feckin things worked...

It's a karaoke bar in the centre of town, we ain't in to karaoke but it open till four in the morning plus they do let women in in,,, and yip it's nice to watch them change colour...
