Had another row with that bloke. I've walked for good this time. I told him I would be finished this evening, even if I had to stay on late. He told me his wife was sick and I was making her worse. I told him not to be laying that at my door, that my own wife has had ultrasounds and CT Scans and has to go for an MRI ( tell you about that when we have definite news, but we've been told that in all likelihood its nothing to worry about). He said " I don't give a feck about your wife". I started to pack my things. He then called me a wanker. Then said, if I valued my wife, I'd finish the job. After all that??? I don't think so. Interestingly, I didn't use any bad language!! Thats a first for me!
