O'Leary reckons between £10 - £100 average, going up in price the closer to departure date. I reckon first 2 seats will be £10 each and rapidly increasing thereafter. He didn't mention baggage fees or security pre clearance ( I presume you have that in the UK?)

Ye may scoff but O'Leary normally produces what he promises. All he needs is one seat at that price to be able to advertise "seats from £10". I think the problem will be where they will fly from and to. Let's face it, its not going to be from any of the proper London airports and I bet it won't go to any of the proper NY/NJ airports either. Probably somewhere in Pennsylvania or Connecticut.

He's got away with it in Europe cos the powers that be are all bark and no bite but if he takes on the yanks he'll end up like Freddie Laker. I just hope that one day he's waiting for a bus in the pissing rain to travel 3 miles and the driver say's "sorry pal the bus is half full so the fare's gone up from £1-50 to £300-00"
