I've got him in our "Dead Poets", originally had it as the American singer, then when he cashed in a couple of years back, I said swap it to the farmer one, mmmm, wonder how he's doing health wise...

Re: On this day in History...
2012 That Sean Quinn had a workforce of about 7000 people all in all. I have met loads of them ( used to do a lot of work in border counties ) and I have yet to meet ONE PERSON to say a bad word about him. Never known loyalty like it between an employee and employer. He's bankrupt now but is suing the state for 2.8 billion for loans that he was illegally railroaded into. Worst part of it all, before the government sent in the receivers, Quinn had come up with a plan to pay it all back over 7 years . Talk about cutting your nose off to spite your face.

That Quinn thing was going on when I had a bit of a break in Ireland, was all the talk in pubs etc, like you say everyone seemed to be on his side, when I was over we done a bit touring around, drove past one of his aggregate places, feckin huge it was, plus his house, that was pretty big as well, it was just round the corner from that Slieve Donard hotel where we was heading for a beer...

Re: On this day in History...
I suspect Cam uses a photo editor to resize and crop the pages that he loads here. I have neither the will nor the inclination to download an editor and work out how to use it so.......................

Re: On this day in History...
when I take a photo of the page, the writing is too small. I don't have a photo editor to change it and I cant be arsed downloading one and working out how it works

Re: On this day in History...
2013, that's ridiculous, self insure, army, post office etc did it with their vehicles at one time, don't know if they still do, it was crown money so had an endless supply, just dig in to your pocket when you have to,,, as a company our vehicle insurance was going through the roof due to a bad accident history, to get costs down we initially opted for a £25000 excess, then a few years later £50000, basically self insured...
