Is it just me or wtf happened here. She fell out the window of a hospital and was transferred to another hospital 60 miles away for "medical care"??

Eileen is after telling me that there is no orthopedic department in the first hospital. Whats the point in having a hospital with no orthopedic dept??? Surely they must get a number of cases a day with broken bones??
