The incident happened because the driver blacked out, also he told lies on his HGV medical form saying nothing about him suffering from blackouts, therefore the driver is to blame for the death of six people...

I was driving my van yesterday and with a 20mph headwind I couldn't get more than 45 mph out of it.   And that's without a trailer. I'll be safe on Spanish roads then.

Thousands spent on an enquiry that's gone on for a year to tell us what we knew a few days after the incident, "the guy should never had a HGV licence due to health issues", and what's the law going to do about it, feck all,,, cos the law don't see it illegal in that he lied his arse off to get the licence, then killed six people,,, feckin joke...
