We'll keep the flag flying while you are gone Cam. You'll be up and about in no time.

Re: Cams operation
Cheers guys! Had to get up early today to take my last drink of "pre-load". Has to be taken before half six. Wee Brodie will be along at about half seven so I'll see him before I leave. (I've to be there for 09:00).

Re: Cams operation
He made it though the surgery. It was all done via keyhole so recovery time will be quicker. Due to him being so long before he was on the high dependency unit will not see him till late tomorrow afternoon. The nurse said the operation went well and he is very sleepy lol. More like he is dosed up on morphine.

Re: Cams operation
Fruit in a Scottish hospital Gypsy???? Come on now. Freddie had a morphine pump, I think he quite enjoyed using it a fair bit..... I was in hospital this morning, something about a diabetic study. I'm the guinea pig. Done same thing about 10 years ago but this time I have a GPS strapped to me for a week as well as a heart and movement monitor. I declined to go on the treadmill this time, feck that so I walked up and down the coridor 10 times instead, more my cup of tea that. Things I have learned about myself, I weigh 98.6 kgs, I am 1880mm high, my blood pressure is 145/45, heart does about 79bpm when sitting resting and my body mass index was over 31 which I'm pretty certain puts me in the obese zone. On the plus side though they gave me £5.50 for my trouble and a free lunch, and I have already lived a year longer than Cam........
