Had to see my folks today. Roads on way over were terrible. Coming back was worse. I had to try 3 different routes after running into floods ( not literally) on the first two. A 47 mile journey is after taking me 1 hour and 55 minutes. Wind isn't that bad now nor is the rain particularly heavy. It just hasn't stopped

My daughter says i'ts a nice day on Whalsay, winds just under hurricane, and rains just dropped below horizontal, she's trying to decide what bikini to wear tomorrow...
