    The Statue of Liberty will close for renovations for one year, beginning 29th October 2011. Would this temporary closure put you off travelling to New York during this time?

    What with the serious outbreak of bedbugs in New York and then the smoking ban in outdoor public places they can shove their Statue.

    I'll never go there.
