Peter sarkis is now the subject of a civil case via the business insurers and also a Police investigation. This si the reason for not posying. This all started when he was on here and tried to be nice to us all because he had a hidden agenda of taking over the forum. He asked for the password for the admin and said he would help us be better by doing some SEO work, Cam agreed we should not allow it and someone messaged me to say be very careful. He than started a pathetic faceless campaign to try and destroy me socially and mentally. It ahs not worked.
This time he went too far and is very lucky as the business is actually stu's. Yes We funded it for him and I do admin and for him and help him but it is his bay and his inheritance, so he wanted to fly back and find Sarkis, many know Stu and that would have not been nice and would not have done Stu any good.
I amnaged to persuade him that we do this legally so we have involved both Spanish and Sussex Police as he lives and works in Sussex and he has done most of his faceless trolling form Sussex. We also have Libel cases going on against him and anyone who has helped him stupidly as he will obviously just walk away from them saying he does not know them.
He started this campaign a few days abck by postin 2 one star ratings on our page, which had all 5 stars apart from one he did before, then as soon as I siad please do not start again sarkis, there 25 further 1 star reviews in 5 hours.. We fortunately have many good customers who all jumped up and banged 5 star reviews on.
Our business insurers are now looking at libel cases and slander in the civil courts against him and anyone who has posted. None of the posters had any links to Tenerife.
The Police will be prosecuting him and internet trolling and bullying is now an offence which can send someone to prison.
As he has done this to several others and many who are here in Tenerife we will pass on any info anyone sends us to the Police.
So no not been on as have been busy working with Spanish and Sussex Police, plus our solicitors form the insurers, who I did inform last time so things were in place.
I hope he goes to Prison as he is a faceless person that will then be exposed, if he continues to defame and be libellous all the evidence will mean larger fines, trolling will just be more for the judge to go on.
