    Cam/Trish, my mate just text me this, seemingly we touched on it when we met...

         "To get  a statement on pensions type in "state pension statement" to google ,top of the list should be a gov.uk site , this provides a phone no  ( 0345 300 0168 )."


    I done it, e-mail option was shit, was a million questions, phone them...
