Have them for muscle pain like bad back and stiff necks, also ice packs, but what i think Vince has done is torn the shoulder muscle,
now i dont want to ruin his life but it took 2 years of exercising to get Janet right, and me about 6 months but i am special
Hope i'm wrong but it seems to be a 60 year old type thing, like i said the neighbour who did play squash tore his and the poor kent aint been right since

Remarkable recovery of arm, must have been the alcohol. Today it only hurts if I twist it. I have even done some work. Unscrewing 1967(year) brass screws with a drill in left hand. No, I'm probably not going to weigh them in.  They might get used again though.......

Sounds like proper marine screws...
