I've just had my tea...a nice weight-watcher's Chicken Arrabiata.

Thanks all got some antibiotics, dont normally do meds but they are working so thats good. It is the re-circulated air on aircraft, health and safety is mad in the world, food hygeine gone barmy, yet aircraft have more illness than a hundred hospital wards each day. oh and DVT, killed a lovely friend of mine recently, who was healthy and not old. most holiday illness comes or starts on the plane, start spraying the feckers.

Nobody has had more sinus trouble than me   read it.

Not sinus Reg this is chest where I had a collapsed lung 4 years back it just fecks me up. Normally lungs brilliant but soon as chest infection, turned over. This was a bad one, bad enuff for me to seek meds, lol, I used to design pharms so try not to use.

Its since they stopped smoking on planes. They used to circulate clean/scrubbed air 9 times an hour. Now its down to six to save on fuel.

All infections are picked up in your sinuses, fight them before it starts

Collapsed lung Kev? You never told me about that. I suffer from collapsed wallet syndrome every now and then but I usually muddle through. Will be paying the £460+ leccy bill tomorrow. Freds fault, but I have managed to strong arm a donation from him. Doubt he will make the same mistake again. On the subject of kids Jack has sent off for a passport so we will be having a week out on the rock in mid May. Its his Birthday on the 19th but even if I buy the beer he still has to get the cake!  What he would really like is a nice woman like his Mum who would put up with the messiest bar steward I have ever met, total waste of time having a carpet in his bedroom, you cant even see it!
