    Years since I've really been around there other when up for weekends, first flat I bought looked over where the Britannia is moored now,,, then looked at one in that block you rented in, what was it Ocean View or something, that was an investment not to live in, glad I didn't, property crash followed, but still got a thing about living near water...

    Looked at a few in that development, there was an ocean one, but was deffo in that appartment you rented, huge living area, kitchen and outside area if I recall correct, bedrooms weren't the best...

    I had this last night, it was yum, had grilled tomato and boiled spuds with it, oh, didn't go for the smoked gammon just plain, but grilled some smoked bacon lardons that I mixed in with cheese sauce,,, 10/10 it was...

    Been doing a bit cooking today, made a huge bolognese sauce with no intention of having spag-bol...

    For tonight, cannelloni tubes filled with the bolognese sauce then topped with broccoli and cheesy sauce as per last night, then in to oven for 25 minutes, yum...

    The rest of the bolognese sauce, two huge lasagnas, 16 normal size portions there as its three layers deep, and two really big portions of the cannelloni/broccoli, so 18 servings in one cook...

    Lasagna came out a bit crusty on top, was running out of cheesy sauce at the end despite making four pints of the stuff, will still be yum tommorow, and the next day and the next day and the...........
