Got to say "La Terrezza Del Mare" in Pdla. The food, the atmosphere and the setting. Hats off to Doreen!

Re: Best meal in Tenerife.
There are loads of great restaurants here in the south, it depends what you are looking for.
Cheap, loads of food but good quality - Olive Garden, seafront Los Cristianos,
Cheap and just like in the Uk - Porkys, Apolo Centre Los Cristianos
Mid price, great setting and various menus from Lebanese to Chinese - San Telmo they are all good
Mid price, great setting and quality service the Terrazza takes some beating in Las Americas, they will have a new menu this week so will have to try that out.
Expensive, great service, great food, no view - Azulon Torviscas Alto
Expensive, great service, great view, great food - Los Roques Los Abrigos
Overall favourite but it is a long way to go to Playa Arena for the Flor del Drago. [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] Really imaginative food and Julio the owner can´t do enough for you.

We didn't eat there but my Top Chef son did and was not over impressed. He said it was OK. I prefer the nice traditional Spanish village ones.3rdforum wrote:Got to say "La Terrezza Del Mare" in Pdla. The food, the atmosphere and the setting. Hats off to Doreen!

I have never been in any of those places at that end. There is supposed to be a fantastic Russian restaurant on that side of the road too apparently it is up a level, but I don´t know how long it has been there or what it is called. anyone any ideas.
