    I dont get this, person is on a mobility scooter which you don't need a driving licence for, is stopped for being pissed, and loses driving licence for 16 months ???

    So let's say I'm on a pushbike, I cycle down the pub, have a few and wobble about a bit cycling home, plod pull me, can I lose my car driving licence ???
