Well I am the queen of left overs, last night I made too much mash so today I made fish cakes. I often have left overs for lunch. What do you all do? perhaps give them to the dog?

We re-cycle ours. If we have mince one night, then it's spag bol next. Too many boiled potatoes, slice them and fry them up for brekkie!

Our little Westie gets any leftovers - he'll eat anything.
We don't let him have Brussel Sprouts though as they make him fart big time.
They do me as well, but that's another story !

our local council has provided us with food bins and plastic bags so all the food waste goes to recycling with the garden waste
and when I say plastic bags they aren't really they are funny little paper like things that break down

Well since you ask, I had a bit of chilli, garlic, soya and teriyaki sauce in a dish plus some homemade alliolly left over from last night, so I marinated a chicken breast for about four hours in the chilli, garlic, soya and teriyaki sauce then pan fried it, I served it in a nice warm pitta with loads of the alliolly, finished it off with a fresh side salad and washed down with a very nice chilled 2012 Carlsberg...
Feck, feck, feck, this has got me hungry again, arghhhhh.......
Ho well, just a simple snack tonight, some tortilla chips and salsa dip, and of course topped with homemade alliolly, and not to forget the 2012 Carlsberg...
Oh, another thing, I don’t talk shite, maybe a load of rubbish but never shite...
