Out of the last 26 working days, we have managed to work outside on 4 of them and only one in the last 14 working days. I have a big backlog of exterior work ( 5 jobs in addition to the current one). I'm not taking on anymore, I won't get them done this year.

I have a man doing an outside, I tel him which bits to do first like the top because the scaffold go's back Friday but today he decides to do the bottom
