Take advice from the airline you are going with, but do not trust a postal covid test, book a test you rock up to and make sure it is within the hours they require, 72 at the moment but things are changing daily,

I cannot offer advice on how to get your covid test but the one I used worked for me. Not sure if the post system or the lab works on a Sunday for example. Something else that could throw a spanner in the works.... Jet2 have cancelled todays flight to Stansted and also Tuesdays Wednesdays and Thursdays. I am due to fly back next Monday, so far not cancelled.

Update: Jet2 flight went ahead on Monday. Not sure how many people arrived in Tenerife as they utilised the ferry bus but there were only 26 peeps on board for the return to Stansted. Weather wasnt the best to be fair but nice enough. WARNING!!! Customs and Excise are on the prowl! First time I have seen them for many years at Stansted. 2 of them waiting to pounce. Must of been one of the last through cos I dont walk too quick. They are trained to look for body language which is hard to disguise if you not in the know but Jeez, what they need is heart monitor technology, thought mine was gonna explode lol. Made it past the robbing feckers anyway.

No idea mate. I didnt fill in any forms on line and nobody asked for proof. They dont care and I cant be bothered. Simples. Yesterday I done a trackday at Snetterton, only me in the car, nobody wants to be a passenger lol, and Patsy boiling the kettle in the pits. We did speak to some people but they werent wearing masks and neither were we. Live life on the edge we do. 
Today I went shopping. Disappointed to see many people including the elderly shopping in pairs. Guess they like living on the edge too then. I have started my annual collection of cheap beef joints and legs of lamb for the freezer.
