Hi guys hope your all doing well, a member on my radio forum posted a couple of links on our site last night that might be of interest to you.
The live flight info well Ive tried these before as when I get airport work its nice to know what is happening and sometimes they are not right at all, this one is though and been tried and tested by a few of the taxi lads, How it works, there is many people out there interested in flights/planes etc and they buy these radar kits to monitor at home, they can connect them to the internet and all the info is there for all to see. We tried it last night, my friend was at home talking to me on the radio and monitoring this programme, he told me there was a Jet 2 flight due over south shields in a minute or two and surely enough there it was flying over my head, we tried a few times and it was always spot on. If you double click on a plane it gaves you all the details, speed flight number and what sort of plane it is and what company owns it, it is amazing, zoom in and watch it come into land, I like to have it on the satelite setting, also you can type in a flight number on the search and it will tell you the activity of that plane,

Live ships/boats again as above switch it to satelite mode and zoom in, click on the boat /ship and it will show you a photo of it and info
