1st Complaint of the Year !!

Only a couple of hours into the New Year and here we go with the first complaint.

I have just answered a PM where a member wants to get in touch with Reg about holiday lettings. I could not hand out his personal email address without his prior approval, so said send a PM.

Problem is I now see that UNDERDOG is no longer and his name has been changed. Will it change back before he gets back from his hols. Is he now McQueen permanently and does he know or will he just find he can´t log on????

Kev23a, depending on the answer to this I will let you know how to contact Reg.

Instead of complaining Gypsy, why don't you just ask someone to text Reg and he can get in contact

Reg couldn't remember his password before he went on holiday. He had to have one so he could log on while over in Tenerife. I think between Reg and Kev, this is what they came up with. We as admin can't see a member's password, so I would think this will be Reg's username from now on. He can't go back to Underdog with the new password as he will get a message saying "Username already taken".
Does this make sense?

I'll be honest, I don't know how to do it! That bloody predictor thing came on the last time I tried, I didn't know how to add numbers...so I gave up in disgust.

Yes, Cam is correct. He messed up and ask Cam to change his name and password. He then could not log on still so ask me to put it as is now. He has been on here since so now working.
If at any time people would like to get hold of someone, I am more than happy to pass a message if I can.
As said in a previous thread I think he may have phone probs as no reply to any text's.

I hope he has'nt OD'd on Chic ken

Nah, no probs kev23a. I think Reg may have trouble with his phone as Topdog says he can't text him either. Anyway, it gives us lot something to post about!

nowt wrong with reggies phone, he has text me twice today.he has made a new years resolution not to answer his phone to you lot.blox to em i think his words were.
